The villa is included in a terraced complex of five villas, all independent.
The only shared part is reserved for the infinity pool in a wonderful position with a view of the lake.

On the second floor: two double bedrooms, one twin, bathroom (bath).
In the attic: one double with bathroom (shower) and a large terrace.
The villa has a double garage.
The villa can accommodate ten people in total. It does not have air conditioning but is perfectly thermo-insulated.
